This application is used only to receive the owner's Apple Health data and send processed summaries to a private Telegram chat.
The application receives daily health metrics pushed from the user's iPhone via Apple Health sync, including steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, and related metrics.
Data is processed on a private server and used only to generate personal health summaries sent to the user's Telegram bot.
